This page describes, at a practical level, what GhostCo desktop products and the GhostCo website do and do not send back to GhostCo.
Desktop Applications
GhostCo desktop applications are designed to run locally on customer-controlled Windows systems and are built for offline-capable administrative use.
GhostCo desktop applications do not send telemetry to GhostCo and do not sync Active Directory data to GhostCo.
Directory access performed by the applications is intended to stay within the customer's own environment, subject to the customer's own network, directory, and permission configuration.
Website And Commerce Data
The GhostCo website may process information you choose to provide through contact, purchase, or license-download workflows.
This may include contact details, company information, purchase session details, and related transaction metadata needed to confirm payment, generate a license, or help respond to a support request.
License generation and license download workflows may use purchase session information associated with a completed checkout.
Third-Party Services
Payments are handled by Stripe rather than directly by GhostCo.
Support emails and normal business correspondence are handled through standard email providers used by GhostCo.
GhostCo does not currently provide a customer account portal for managing purchases, licenses, or stored profile information.
