Refunds
GhostCo offers trial and evaluation capability before purchase, so software purchases are generally treated as final, while still allowing case-by-case review where it is reasonable to do so.
General Approach
Refunds are not guaranteed. Because the products include trial or evaluation capability, purchases are generally final once completed.
GhostCo may still review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
When A Refund May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases or accidental purchases.
Refunds may also be considered if there is a verified technical issue that prevents activation or practical use of the license and GhostCo cannot reasonably resolve that issue.
Other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at GhostCo's discretion.
Request Window And Payment Method
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable window after purchase, preferably within 14 days.
When GhostCo approves a refund, it is issued back to the original payment method through Stripe.
