GhostCo Directory Tools and related GhostCo products are downloadable desktop software products intended for use by organizations operating their own IT environments.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, licenses are annual. Trial and evaluation functionality is available before purchase.

Licenses are intended for use within the licensed organization and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside that organization.

The customer is responsible for evaluating and using the software safely within its own Active Directory environment, change-control process, and administrative standards.

Administrative or potentially destructive actions should be tested in non-production environments, pilot scopes, or dry-run style workflows where those options are available and appropriate.

The customer remains responsible for operator permissions, deployment decisions, validation, and the outcome of actions taken in its own environment.

Payments are handled by Stripe.

GhostCo may update website content, product packaging, documentation, or delivery processes over time, provided that such updates do not override any separate written agreement entered into with a customer.

GhostCo provides the software in a practical commercial setting and works to present the products accurately, but does not promise that every environment, workflow, or directory policy will behave identically.

Except to the extent required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, the software is provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by GhostCo.
